Order processing times

Our orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Shipping times

We ship from our warehouse located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We currently only ship within the U.S. with plans to expand to new countries soon! Orders will usually arrive within 2-5 business days.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs vary depending on weight and distance of shipping. We offer USPS Ground Advantage which is one of the most cost-effective ways to ship packages. 

Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping!
